Current Lead + Turnaround Times

Current turnaround time is 4-7 business days. 

The most up to date turnaround time is always displayed in the top banner on each page of the website. If you need your order in a hurry please reach out and I will always try to do my best to accommodate. 

Turnaround time is the processing time only, postage times are additional. Depending on location regular post is generally 3-5 business days and express is generally 1-2 business days. 

All of our items are made to order with love and quality materials so we do need a little time to process your order.

Weddings & Events

For weddings and special events, we recommend locking in your date as early as possible to ensure availability. For invitations, on-the-day stationery, and signage, we recommend at least three weeks lead time to ensure we have time to source your preferred coloured acrylic. This allows us ample time to create, personalise, and perfect your pieces.

Scheduling Your Project

Once a deposit or full payment has been received, your order will be scheduled for our next available production time. If we’re able to start your project sooner, we absolutely will.
