Current Lead + Turnaround Times

At Fawn & Fae, we are a small, home-based studio with a deep commitment to quality and attention to detail. Because of this, we can only take on a limited number of projects at any given time. Our lead times and turnaround times may vary depending on demand.

General Turnaround Times

We ask that you allow up to two weeks for the production of all standard orders. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, this timeframe ensures we can give each piece the care and attention it deserves.

Some items, such as acrylic wishing wells or custom acrylic boxes, may require a longer turnaround time. Please refer to the item description for specific details.

If you have a tight deadline, please contact us to discuss—we’re always happy to accommodate reasonable requests wherever possible.

We also recommend upgrading to Express Post where possible, as it typically ensures faster delivery times.

Weddings & Events

For weddings and special events, we recommend locking in your date as early as possible to ensure availability. For invitations, on-the-day stationery, and signage, we require at least four weeks lead time. This allows us ample time to create, personalise, and perfect your pieces.

Scheduling Your Project

Once a deposit or full payment has been received, your order will be scheduled for our next available production time. If we’re able to start your project sooner, we absolutely will.
