Are your products handmade?
Yes! All Fawn & Fae products are handmade and made to order. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations between pieces are to be expected, making each one truly unique.
What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time is 4–7 business days, plus shipping. For more details on processing and postage, please see our Current Lead & Turnaround Times page. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), please allow extra time due to high demand.
When are orders cut?
All orders are cut on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed later in the week will be scheduled for the next cutting run.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final. Once your order is accepted, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
What if there is an issue with the quality of my order?
We take great pride in our work and inspect every piece at multiple stages to ensure it meets our high standards. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can discuss a resolution.
Do you ship items?
