Fawn & Fae ships Australia-wide via Australia Post, and all orders include tracking.

Standard Postage – $14.95 – Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch

Express Postage – $19.95 – Typically 1–2 business days after dispatch

A custom shipping price will be generated for bulky items such as event signage and wishing wells.

Please Note: During sales and holiday periods, processing and dispatch times may take longer due to high order volumes.

Our current production turnaround is 4–7 business days. Once your order is complete, it will be securely packaged and dispatched within 2 business days.

Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary by location. Any courier delays are unfortunately beyond our control.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup from our studio in the Penrith area for all orders, including wedding invitations, event signage, and larger items. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.
